NO.4 Construction Branch Company of China Petroleum Pipeline Bureau is a large state-owned construction enterprise，located in Langfang City, Hebei Province，with beautiful environment, on the corridor between Beijing and Tianjin. The company has a total assets of RMB￥500million currently and 960 sets of construction equipments. There are 1,500 employees in the company, including 25 staffs holding master’s degree, 661 staffs graduated from college and university, 262 staffs with medium and senior professional title and 41 construction engineers with Class A Certificates.
    

       The main business of company covers onshore and offshore pipeline construction, shield tunneling, long -distance pipe jacking, pipeline hydrostatic testing and drying and etc. Since 2000, the company has been engaged in the important projects construction in China, such as Se-Ning-Lan gas pipeline, Lan-Cheng-Yu product oil pipeline, West-East gas pipeline, Zhong-Wu gas pipeline, Shan-Jing Phase-II pipeline, Western China oil & product oil pipeline, which has constructed more than 2000 kilometers pipeline altogether. The company has also taken part in about 600km of the long-transport pipeline construction and associated facilities in Kuwait, Sudan, Libya, Kazakhstan and India. It has exploited new construction fields in special and professional operations, including shield tunneling, drying and long-distance pipe jacking, and mastered 24 new techniques, filled up 9 gaps in the construction fields of CNPC, created 14 new records of national enterprise. The company has been awarded more than 100 honour, including national advanced collective of West-East gas pipeline, advanced collective of CNPC, “May 1” Award of Hebei province , advanced collective, star enterprise and enterprise of consumer satisfaction of Hebei province ,which has realized leap-forward development.
